forward to voicemail when unreachable

Hi, I have a voicemail set up by press and hold the "1" on dial pad. How ever, it seems like calls hang up after ringing for a while. Ppl can't leave me a voicemail. What is the problem ? Please help

Hi, I got it fixed by talking to a tech support agent. How ever, can you make it rings for 30 seconds before voicemail picks up?

@Jimmmmmy168 : This is not possible with Rogers.  20 seconds is the only option.  If you search this forum for "20 seconds voicemail", or similar terms, you'll find several threads on this topic and confirmation that it cannot be changed.  Sample link below:

There are some links online that purport that this can be changed. Don't use those codes because it can break your voicemail.
