Unable to Connect Huawei P30 Pro to Laptop

tokyomew_mew
I've been around

MY COMPLAIN WAS IGNORED BY ROGERS. I complained to Rogers a week ago, because I can't transfer my Huawei p30 pro to my laptop and it seems occur because of manufacturer defective. However, until now, I don't hear anything from Rogers any attempt for solving the problem. What a huge disappointment as a loyal customer! I have been with them for 7 years, and paid a lot, but they just stay quiet when manufacturer defective occur!

Transfer to your laptop?
I am assuming, you mean connect the laptop to it as hotspot to get internet to the laptop?

If you are out of the initial return period for rogers, the phone would still be under warranty.
But its not rogers who guarantees the warranty.  It would the manufacturer of the phone.  You would have to get it replaced through Huawei.

EG:  My wife iphone, I think it was the 5 at the time, had an issue where NO wireless worked.  Was at about 11 months old.  We didnt go back to rogers, we went in this case to the apple store, and they do all the warranty work.
