Likewise protection

Hi
My claim was denied by likewise. I have contacted them but no reply.
Is anyone know if it is gonna approve now or not??
I lost my phone which I purchased from Rogers. I reported them the same day, but the next day I saw the claim was denied and now they won't give me a reason... Said, someone will call you in 2 days
