Hot Spot Not working with Umidigi power 3

When I set up a hotspot with my umidigi power 3 phone I can connect device. The error says: No Internet, secured. So my windows 10 computer is able to connect to the phone but it cannot access the internet. If I try and connect my tablet to my phone I get the same error.

Mobile Hotspots can be handy in the event of primary Internet service failure. Was the Hotspot working for you with your previous phone?

Have you reached out to your device's support?

Community - can anybody using UMIDIGI Power 3 phone test the Hotspot?
