Frozen and safe mode

I've been here awhile

Samsung S20 FE 5E and nothing I do is getting rid of it. Any help.

Not being able to access the phone can be inconvenient. The phone booting up in the safe mode indicates some conflict. Does this happen after you install an app or software?

 

If you have yet to try it, you may need to factory reset your phone. Are you enrolled in Device Protection? You can also connect with Samsung Service Centre.

I've been here awhile
I'm no longer sure. I don't install a lot or try to. How do I get in touch with the service centre. Believe I was told to contact live wore?

Greetings @Bobby1975!

 

You can always try to get your phone into Recovery Mode in order to get it out of Safe Mode. Please try the following steps:

 

  • Step 1: Power off your Samsung phone.
  • Step 2: Press and hold the "Volume Up", "Home" and "Power" buttons at the same time.
  • Step 3: Release the "Power" button when your phone begin vibrating, and keep pressing "Volume Up" and "Home" buttons.
  • Step 4: Use the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons to select the option "Reboot system now".
  • Step 5: Press the "Power" button to confirm it.

If this does work, you should immediately uninstall any new apps you installed just prior to this issue happening. Make sure that you're downloading your apps from the Google Play Store as downloading apps from other sources can be unsafe.

Nothing seems to work. There is a battery in it I can remove? s20 fe 5g

This device does not have a removable battery @Bobby1975!

 

Has your device been frozen and stuck in safe mode still since January? That's a long time to be without a phone.
