Forgot voice-mail passcode

I'm having trouble finding the change voice-mail code under the Manage Phone tab can anyone assist me with this

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your post! To clarify are you looking to reset the voicemail password for your Rogers wireless device? If so, then you can follow these steps to complete this request through your MyRogers account on the web portal. 

1. Sign in to MyRogers.
2. From the Overview tab, select Manage beside the number you want to change the voicemail password for.
3. Scroll down to My Wireless plan and select Change my Voicemail password.
4. Enter and confirm your new password in the fields provided then click Submit. A confirmation message will appear to indicate that you have successfully reset your voicemail password.
