Resolved! Activating new device

The brochure that came with my new phone tells me to sign-in to my rogers, go to usage & services and under Manage my device select Change my SIM. I cannot find the manage my device section anywhere. Can someone please direct me.

Cannot Make Calls Since Recent Change to Services

Made changes to my services yesterday.  Now I can't make outgoing calls. So I can't call rogers to have it corrected. Is there a way, other than social media to contact them... Email? Thanks   **Labels Added**
