It is certainly odd that you are only able to send text messages to certain numbers but not others. I have a few questions to help better understand the situation:
- When did this issue first begin?
- Is it always the same phone numbers that you are unable to send text messages to? Are you able to receive text messages from these numbers?
- Are the rest of your wireless services working well? (Incoming/outgoing calls and data access).
