I changed my number recently and while calls and texts to and from the new number both work, the SIM card insists that the old number is assigned. This has broken MMS and RCS function pretty much completely.
Google's guides to fixing this don't work.
They tell you
The problem is that there is no "Mobile network" button.
What there are, are two similar buttons - an "Internet" button, which leads to a menu with both my wifi and my mobile data toggles, and a button titled "SIMs" which takes me to the same place as "Internet"
The closest thing I've been able to find is a "Fix Connectivity" button that attempts to reset WiFi and SIM information, but that doesn't work either.
None of these options exist beyond "Network & Internet"
If that doesn't work, they say to wipe network settings.
I went one further and wiped the whole device.
Still the old number.
Failing that, they say contact carrier.
So I did. 3 or 4 times. Still no resolution.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I've done number changes in the past with no issues whatsoever.

Hi @Tosslehoff,
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your first post. Are you only having issues with not being able to send and receive MMS?
If you are not seeing the option listed to update the carrier settings, were you able to check your phones user guide to get the specific details?
