Can't access to Internet

I've been around

I have realme 6 mobile and I have recently switched to rogers network from fido. Since tomorrow when I try to connect my laptop to my mobile hotspot to use internet on my laptop, it is showing connected but with "No internet" When I was using fido, I never see this problem but switching to rogers, I am facing this problem. Please let me what settings I have to do on my mobile phone so that I can access internet on my laptop. Thank you.

We do apologize to hear that you are having issues connecting to your mobile hotspot since switching carrier providers. To confirm your data is working on your phone on its own and you can browse the internet while not connected to Wi-Fi?

 

If so, on your laptop can you try forgetting your mobile hotspot network name and then reconnecting back to it. Once you enter your password and are connected back, please test it out and let us know if it is now working or if you are still having issues.
