Cannot hear any ringtone whne calling for certain local numbers

I am having trouble hearing a ringtone for specific local numbers. This occurs when using my pixel 6a. This is on some numbers, but one number consistently, which is my father's landline which I believe is a Rogers VOIP.

I will hear his number ring when I use my VOIP service with a handset. I am not sure if this is a Rogers cell - VOIP issue or not

Thank you for posting your concern to the community. This is the first time we are hearing about this issue.

• Does this happen every time that you are calling this number? Does it also happen on the other end when they are calling you or does the ringtone occur on their end?
• Are you connecting via the cellular network or via Wi-Fi calling when this is occurring?
• Have you tried rebooting your device by power cycling it off and then on to see if it is still happening?
• Does your father have the Ignite TV home phone service or is he using the older Rogers Home Phone service?
