the online chat agent is so unprofessional

I've been here awhile
  1. I asked about the temproary suspension plan, the first online agent insisted it was only $7 dollar a month, while I said when I looked into the website, it is $30 dollar. The online agent insisted it is $7, and I asked her to put a suspension plan for me for $7 then. After she put it, I saw the $30 in my account
  2. Then I went back to online chat, and another agent said the previous was a communication mistake, and he can reverted it... so he deleted the $30 charge but also my promotion discount as well.... I lose my promotion discount of my current plan which is so ridiculous 
  3. I went back to online chat, the third online chat representative insisted those is not removed but instead expired? excuse me? I got an email saying my promotion was removed immediately after I contacted the second agent

as a result, my current promotion discount in my plan is removed 😁 i am speachless

Update:

rogers refuse to add back my promotion discount

Is there a way to file a complaint?
