just switched from ChatR to Rogers and awaiting SIM Card

I've been around
Hello there all,

i was supposed to receive an email with a tracking number from UPS about when my SIM card would be coming but no email or nothing from Rogers yet. Suggestions? i’m on hold with Rogers but the wait time is atrocious. Any suggestions?
