Can't login to access my business account to prevent international roaming charges etc. I basically want to disable the phones overseas so I can pop in international SIMs at a fraction of the cost, but, I can't access the file help and the business line in not Serviced on the weekend and nothing Rogers has works even though we get charged the highest rates in the world because Rogers makes it so difficult to access and adjust your services. And we pay for this?

If you would like to completely opt-out of our Roam Like Home program, it is something that can only be done via a Rogers agent. Sorry for any disappointment.

@poog1 : I missed your post on Sunday, but perhaps my comments are not too late. You can simply remove the Rogers SIM from your phone and there would be no roaming charges possible. Also, see the following post for additional information on roaming:
If you wish to utilize a foreign SIM, then the Airplane mode option, or turning the phone off doesn't apply, but hopefully the information in the link above will be helpful in other ways.
