Hello,
I received a winback offer after leaving Rogers and called customer service in the hope of taking the offer. I was told by customer service that there was no note made of any offer presented by winback. I don't know what I can do now because customer service cannot pull up the offer or give the offer provided by winback. I'm hoping someone in customer service can get winback to contact me again.

Since there is no documentation on your account about the offer you received from the supposedly Winback team, we can consider it a possible scam call.
Our Scam, Phishing & Fraud Discussions board has many discussions about such calls. Please be extra vigilant with such calls and protect your personal info. To protect your account, please do not provide any personal information, including your email address or personal address, to anyone over the phone unless you initiate the contact.
Although some customers who part ways with us are eligible for a Winback offer, we invite you to sign in to MyRogers to discover the options available. We trust you will find an offer that appeals to you.

I'm in a similar position.
I got the Winback offer on call, I accepted it and was waiting for a second call as suggested. I got 1 call back and went through the process. I was told that I'd get an email as soon as they're done creating the account.
Thankfully, I did get a call recording of the Winback dept. person I was talking with.

May I confirm, when did you accept the offer from our Winback team? Since your post, have you received any email confirmation outlining the details of the offer accepted? Or further communication from Winback?
