I switched 2 lines to Bell in spring 2024 and am looking to speak to the winback team. I had received a message from them but haven't been able to get back in touch.
Hoping someone from the Rogers Winback team can let me know best way to reach them.

Hi, I moved to Bell last month and someone called me 3 days ago from Rogers to give me a good offer and told me that I would receive an email and a new sim in the mail to activate my Rogers account again. But unfortunately, I didn't receive anything, so I called Rogers and the customer service guy transferred me to sales and the sales guy transferred me to tele sales and tele sales told me to contact customer services again? Worst customer service ever. I was impressed by the offer and now it's nowhere.
