Winback call is a scam?

mycow
I've been around

Hi, I have just received a call claiming to be Rogers (647-339-0410) offering a great deal. $50 / month for a 128 GB iphone 14 pro together with 30GB phone plan. It's a 2 year contract and the price will be $30 / month after 2 years. It sounds too good to be true so I decline the offer. Can someone from Rogers confirm if that was a legit Rogers customer rep? There are so many spam calls lately and I would like to know if there's a way to identify real Rogers rep vs spam. Thanks!
