Winback Missed

Hello I missed a call from the Winback department and when I call the number back 1-833-447-9898, it just goes to voicemail. 

How can I arrange to speak with someone?

Did you actually connect with and speak to someone from our Winback team? Unfortunately, we can only request a call back for customers who have already spoken to Winback and have been offered a deal. There also has to be notes on the account from Winback, as well. Otherwise, they will not action the call back request. 😞
