Rogers….i have spoken to 5 of your reps to cancel my internet. One of your Reps say they cancelled my internet, and i can no longer see my service in myrogers account, but yet i still got charged.
WHY WON’T YOU CANCEL MY INTERNET! WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR A SERVICE I NO LONGER USE! WHY IS MY ACCOUNT STILL ACTIVE BUT I CAN’T SEE MY INTERNET SERVICE!

If you can no longer see the service active within MyRogers it does mean the service has been cancelled. Depending on the date you contacted us, the new bill may have already been generated before the cancellation had gone through. Typically once the equipment is returned the charges are reversed from the cancellation date.
You would have also received an account changes/cancellation email, along with equipment return info. Have you checked your mailbox to confirm?
