Pls have the advisor from Presidents office call me and reply to my emails. This lack of customer care , accurate service and billing is beyond insulting and abusive. 2 emails sent today. Waited 1.10 mins on the phone. Rogers really does not deserve anyones custom.
Your issue, which you haven't mentioned, would need to be escalated to the Rogers Office of the Preaident first, which can take a few days and then a few more days to get a response.
