Why do the chat line disconnects you when they can't help you?
Also...I was on hold for 2 hrs , they closed at 10pm so I was cut off. Nice service!!!!!!!!!

It can be upsetting when the support line disconnects before getting the support. This being the busiest time of the year, our support venues are popular. Our sincere apologies for the delayed responses; we are doing our best to get to every waiting customer.
