Upgrade options

Trying to upgrade my device to iphone 15 pro.  The only option I'm provided for my plan is the Infinite Premium plan at $115.  WHY is this the only option I'm provided.  I don't need all that comes with that plan and it's an outrageous amount of money.

I was trying to upgrade via self service.  Prince plan options were not the issue, it was the fact that the web-based platform wouldn't let me do anything.  I have since "upgraded" via a call with customer service, except the service I receive still sucks.  It's drops several times a day.  I'm perplexed at how a $100+ plan is so unreliable.
