Upfront Edge Return Problem

I've been around

Returned the Upfront Edge phone and tracking shown it was delivered to the Oakville warehouse on Dec 12.  It has been way over 10 business days.  Heard nothing so far.  Account has not been updated.  Chatted many times with the live agents.  No help and no useful update to me.  There was even a ticket created.  But again no news.  The excuse given by them was the holidays.

Unacceptable.

What can I do?

Thanks for bringing this to our much needed attention. As the return can in fact take up to 10 business days for us to receive it at the warehouse and process the return, regrettably, due to the Holiday Season, we can see some delays at times. With that said, we greatly appreciate your patience. Has the state of the return changed since you last posted?
