Hello. At this moment, I'm unable to view my orders page. I tried 3 different browsers and the phone app, too, all with the same result.

I'm sorry to hear you were having some difficulties with viewing the order dashboard under your online profile. 😞  Since posting, has anything changed?

 

If you are still experiencing this issue, can you please try clearing your cache/browsing history and then open a new web browser to try again? You can also try pulling up a browser using incognito mode, to see if that helps.

I get that message when I try to view my orders page on myrogers page. I tried a few different browsers and the app on my phone but nothing has worked.

No I haven't. I ended up receiving my phone that I ordered on the 3rd. It's still showing the error though, does the error show up on your account as well?
