I ordered a new iPhone on March 12 (in-store pick up), but later I contacted a associate through chat and asked them to change the status to home delivery but keeping the plan that I ordered before. After few days, my phone plan had been upgraded, but my phone never came. Then I chat with another associate again to check my order status and they said that it was cancelled (??? What??? my phone plan is here and I never told them to cancell). Therefore, I made a call directly to sale team 1 (888) 764-3771 for help, the call was 1 hour 42 minutes but it was not solved, and they told me they would open a case (or something) and it will take up to 7 days to process, but so far already 10 days and there is no follow up touch from sale team. Today, I tried again to ask the team through chat, they still advised me to call the line even though I knew it will not help.I am seriously disappointed at this point to write this post, please give me an advice.

I am sorry that you were not properly informed the order would need to be canceled and re-created if you want to change from in-store pickup to home courier delivery.
