Two accounts

I have two accounts to. One was fraud activity the bank returned my money but hacker got away with it using Rogers for my extra account. But the first account even says internet,Tv,and phone other one says nothin?

Just to clarify, are you unable to view your services on the active account? The one that's actually yours. Are you checking via MyRogers?

Please confirm if the INT/TV service is working or not?
