It’s extremely difficult to reach a live person at Rogers. What’s with their customer support? And when waiting for up to an hour to speak with someone, they transfer you and you have to wait again. Anyone else has this problem?

@Sammy9 : If you check out recent threads in this forum you'll see that many people have this problem. I suggest the following:
1. What is it that you want to do?
2. Try a different time of day when most people are not doing the same.
3. Try a different mode of communication - see the options by clicking "contact us" at the bottom of most Rogers web pages.
4. If you have a specific topic, sometimes there are specific phone numbers relating to that topic - for example Home Phone, or Pre-paid phone, etc.
5. Send a private message (PM) to the mods on this forum instead.
When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps . On the page that comes up, you'll see a link on the top right of the screen to "send a message". If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it. There may be some back and forth required while Rogers get your personal information to look into your account. Personal information is not allowed in this forum.
When logged into the forum, check the envelope icon at the top right of the screen for messages. You would usually also receive an e-mail that you have a PM, but it may have ended up in your spam folder...
