Shoutout to Adrian

Shoutout to the customer service rep Adrian who helped me out on Monday, Nov 6th, around 4ish pm over the phone to help setup a new account and to request a shipment of new SIMs under my account. He was so patient with me and did not rush the setup at all. He had to start over as I had issues with my billing address but he was so calm and polite. I was waiting to get a feedback survey from that call but it never came through so I just wanted to thank him and let Rogers know they’ve got a great employee. Thanks Adrian for your help 🙂
