SAVE AND RETURN

I've been here awhile

I upgraded 2 of the phones on my Plan. They both were boxed and sent on the same day. Both have arrived at the rogers return address. I only got confirmation one has arrived and processed and that was a week ago. Tracking shows they both arrived so how does it take so long to process one of them. Not sure what I am to do now any advice? Or answers?

I have been on the line with a CSR for 1:45:22 trying to get to the bottom of the same issue. Wait 3-4 weeks for the response and oh in the meantime, pay the extra $800+ bill. “The back office “ will give you a credit later.

I did finally get the email saying it was received and in working condition. Thank goodness LOL
