Rogers are threatening to suspend my account in 24 hours. This is in violation of Section (I) subsection 2.(ii), which clearly states 14 days notice is required, and also states that Rogers must provide information on deferred payment plans which they also failed to do, instead stating that immediate payment is required, and that they must provide contact information for a service provider representative with whom the disconnection can be discussed, a requirement which was also not met.

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Have you checked your emails and SMS to confirm there were no notifications sent out to you? While we cannot prevent any suspensions from going through (unless you make a full payment), we can review your account to see what's going on with the notifications.
