Rogers refuses to track stolen phone

I've been here awhile

I recently reported my phone stolen by my ex and Roger’s refuses to track it due to the line not being under my name although I am paying for it (its second line under my second family plan) what do I do ?

Do you have Find My Phone enabled on the device so you can track it yourself? Have you filed a police report to see if law enforment can track it down, if they have the spare time to do so? Have you requested Rogers temporarily blacklist the device?

Don’t know if she said it’s returned to Roger’s and they can’t find it in their system. the thing is that if it’s under someone else’s name they can’t track it but they can’t see that’s it’s been returned either. So basically lesson here is no point of returning the phone early the lady said because even though it’s blacklisted I’m still paying for a phone I don’t have
