I recently reported my phone stolen by my ex and Roger’s refuses to track it due to the line not being under my name although I am paying for it (its second line under my second family plan) what do I do ?

Don’t know if she said it’s returned to Roger’s and they can’t find it in their system. the thing is that if it’s under someone else’s name they can’t track it but they can’t see that’s it’s been returned either. So basically lesson here is no point ...
