Here we go again, I signed on for a new Ignite package in August as my previous subscription was expiring at the end of August, I thought there was lots of time for rogers to get the new billing updated but when I got the first bill it was not right. Since I have been through this before I paid the full amount fully expecting a refund on my next bill but instead I got a bill even worse than the previous one. The first day I called I was on hold forever so I tried the chat line and never did get a person. So I tried again a few days later, this time I used their call back feature and finally did get a person, I explained much the same as I have written here, they determined that the new price was not right but I had an email showing the new price so they said they would honour the new price. Here is the catch, they can only credit me every 2 months according to the way their system works and I have to contact them every 3rd month to get the credit applied again. This time I was on the phone 1 hour and 35 min. I don't need going through that every 3 months, They must have a way to just simply correct the billing to make it right. I have been with Rogers for several years and pay my bill in full every month, am I the only one getting into these predicaments?

Hi @Rockytop!
I can appreciate that you don't want the inconvenience of having to call in every 3 months in this situation.
I would suggest that you instead reach out to us here on the forums via PM or contact us via social media instead. These asynchronous communications methods free you from having to stay engaged with a phone in your ear the entire time.
You can work with and respond to us at your own pace while we apply the promised credits.
Regards,
RogersCorey
