Rogers not honouring promised credit

I called many times i was promised 200$ one time credit and monthly credit of 20$ on each line. But i got nothing. Called customer care many times but no help. I am really regretting in believing rogers representative.
Rogers should only make promises if they can be fulfilled.

• Did you port in your lines recently?
• Who promised the credit? Do you have the reference number or a Chat ID?
