Hi All,

Do any of you happen to know the phone # for Rogers Corporate directly, you know the people that handle EPP plans?   

Our company gets 30% percent off through Rogers, they basically send us a code and we enter it and get the discount. I wanted to make plan changes and I've talked to a couple of people over the Live chat and all seem confused and don't handle corporate (EPP) accounts.

I have been getting transferred back and forward between business live chat and regular chat lol, kinda sad but I'm hoping someone here knows.

I realize how inconvenient it is to be transferred to different departments multiple times without a resolution. For a priceplan change, you can contact our Business Specialists at 1-866-727-2141.

The hours of operation are:

Monday–Friday: 8:00am–8:00pm ET

Saturday-Sunday: 9:00am–5:00pm ET
