I'm very frustrated! I called Rogers Customer service wanting to switch my plan to Rogers55+ for $55 with 75GB. I was told I am able to switch my plan, and just need to go into a Rogers store. However, when I went into the store, I was informed that they could not do it, unless it's a new activation. I was referred back to customer service, and was put on hold for 1.5hrs before it was disconnected. Called back again and was put on hold for 2 hrs.
I've been with Rogers since 2002. I'm now 60 yrs old, and feel that I was not given the respect after 22 years of loyalty to Rogers. All I wanted was to switch my plan, but yet I was given the run around, like a ball being kicked around. Can someone from Rogers call and help me? Thank you.
