Roam Like Home: Can I Text Back Home At No Charge?

I am using roam like home when traveling aboard can I text people back home with no charges?

@TE5 : If you're travelling abroad and using Roam Like Home, it's probably costing you $15/day.  I believe talk and text are then charged according to whatever plan you have at home (which for many people means no charges, but it is according to your plan at home).
