Rife with billing errors

I've been around
I have just found $264 in errors in my last year of mobile bills, but because Rogers has a 3-month limit for disputes, I am being denied any corrections. Unless these human errors are fixed and my balance adjusted, I will be taking my service mobile elsewhere. How do I escalate this without going to the media?

@thunderfoot67 : You can try the following "Share a Concern" link, which is the office of the president's team. You don't get any higher than that.  But really, it is your responsibility to check your bill statements each month for errors, omissions and accuracy.  At least every 3 months.  I've never heard of Rogers providing credits further back than 6 months.  Good Luck.
