Hi everyone, I recently cancelled my internet service but still in middle of my billing cycle (my current cycle ends on March 17).
I received instruction on Feb 28 email from Rogers stating that I need to return equipment within 7 days to avoid charges. However, in returning FAQ, the deadline to return is 30 days since disconnected date. When is the real deadline to return my equipment?
