Hi there. Not sure if I have the right forum for this.
I currently have a samsung galaxy watch. But I am now an iPhone user. I would like to upgrade my Galaxy watch to an apple watch. My galaxy watch is currently financed . I would just like to upgrade it to the apple watch and have my remaining device balance put on my next bill. However when I attempt to do this online it says "Hardware upgrades are currently not available for smartwatches. If you want to get a new phone instead, choose a mobile line to upgrade or add a new one."
So its almost forcing me to add another line which is not what I want to do.
Am I missing something or doing something wrong?
