Returning equipment deadline?

I've been here awhile

Hi everyone, I recently cancelled my internet service but still in middle of my billing cycle (my current cycle ends on March 17).

I received instruction on Feb 28 email from Rogers stating that I need to return equipment within 7 days to avoid charges. However, in returning FAQ, the deadline to return is 30 days since disconnected date. When is the real deadline to return my equipment?

“You have 30 days to return the equipment after your disconnection date, otherwise you’ll be billed for unreturned equipment.”

I've been here awhile
I think it's related to expiration of shipping label. How can I get help? I started chat with customer service and it immediately terminated.
