I have cancelled my two accounts in Jan, and Rogers still sends me bills after two months, I don't know why they keep sending bills and I've already told the online chat people to resolve this issue, they promised to do but nothing changes.
I have returned the quipments on the day cancelled (Jan 18th) and have told them my tracking number for the shipping box, Rogers admit they have received but still sends me bills to include the charges of the equipments.
I have very bad luck with Rogers, nothing went the right way from the beginning.

@Alwin6561 For whatever reason, Rogers typically loses the box somewhere in the warehouse.

I will not give Rogers too much time to send me to a collections agency.
I have sent the community help a private message asking them to initiate a search.
At the mean time I have filed a complaint to CCTS , the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-TV Services. They've accepted.
I will also file a compalint to Ontario onbudsman tomorrow.
