I have already returned the device but Still I got the upfront amount in my bill. Please correct my bill

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums, and thank you for your post. Depending on the method selected, there can be a bit of a wait from the time it is shipped to the time it is received in our warehouse to be marked as returned. Rest assured that the device has been received and is in great working condition; you will see the charge reversed on your next bill.
