Promotional MasterCard gift card expired

Greetings,
I just checked the balance on my promotion gift card and it tells me my card is expired, although the date on the front of the card stated valid thru 11/28.
If the card was only valid for one year, the date on the front of the card should have indicated so.  Talk about false advertising!

Oh my gosh, I can't believe that actually happened :(! I can wholeheartedly appreciate your shock! Would it be safe to presume there is a contact number for support on the card? I believe most gift cards do. Have you contacted the support to confirm the expiration date?
