I'm extremely disappointed because my promotion ended, I called and waited and 1 hour and a half the first time and then again a 2 hour wait to speak to an agent about my bill and the promotion ending. The bills are advanced charged anyways, now when I finally spoke to an agent, my bill of $144 still stands and they will provide me a new promotional price of $57, however I'm paying $88 additional. I had indicated to the agent the times called, but the agent kept reinstating the rules, even though the call times were longer than 2 hors since the iPhone 15 pro max just launched abd people wanted black Friday and Christmas holiday promotions. I asked for a credit and the agent said only the difference of the billing cycle which is approximately $10 will be applied. This is terrible customer service, having customer wait more than 2 hours is not acceptable. I'm asking for credit to be applied on my next billing cycle to accommodate the $88. It was not possible to get through given I was dealing with black Friday promotions, iPhone releases and Christmas promotions.

We provide advance notification of billing changes, such as the conclusion of promotions and price adjustments, at least two billing cycles before the changes take effect. The new promotion cannot be applied retroactively. However, it can be applied in the mid of the billing cycle. We appreciate your call during our peak season and regret any inconvenience caused by extended wait times. We are working hard to serve every customer as soon as possible.
