Why do people hate Rogers?
I get inundated with offers to improve my current wireless plan and have more data at a great price for the next 24 months.
After checking the small print, such offers only apply to new customers, or existing customers only if they are upgrading their device or adding a mobile account if they have other Rogers services.
Why give new customers all the benefits and give existing customers the finger.
Offers and services should be available to all customers, new and existing.
By the way - has anyone noticed that Rogers no longer has a "Customer Loyalty" contact number?
I hate Rogers.

Good evening @wheels1616,
Welcome to the Community!
While we may have targeted incentives for new customers we do also have account specific offers for our existing customers. Some may even be available with a simple price plan change.
I truly appreciate your feedback but do let us know if you'd like us to review your account and find you something that best suits your needs.

This is by far the shadiest thing I've noticed on their website. So if you're a Rogers customer for 5 years, you're paying more than someone who just joined.. 40$ for 70 GB for new customers, when I was paying 75$...
The offers they target to you are ALWAYS more expensive than what you're already paying.. and NEVER as good as what they're offering to new customers.
The secret: keep changing phone companies, because loyalty doesn't get you better prices anymore

I called to get a better price like you offer to new customers and all you offer is more data at more expensive plans than what I’m paying, I don’t want more data I want the prices you offer to new customers. I was told my account would get better offers but all I get offered is more data at higher prices.
