On April 11th received a call from 1833-447-6456. Agent's name was Harsimran. He asked me what plan do i have and with which company. My current plan is 35/M with Unlimited Canada and international callings, 50GB with Koodo. He offered me $35/M 70GB, Canada-USA plan with 1000 international minutes. It sounded " too good to be true ", he assure that this plan is offered by only win-back department as they want their previous clients to come back to rogers. so proceed with the sale, he pull my credit. He still assured me that i will receive the 35/M plan, which he offered me and it will be my price until i stay with rogers. He mentioned you will received confirmation email for the plan i have offered to you. After few hours i received the email from rogers and my plan is 65/M for 100 GB Canada -USA instead of 35/M, 70GB 1000 international minutes canada - USA. since its a Win-back department there is no way to contact them directly. I have called rogers customer service multiple times and wasted so may hours, still they have not figured out the solution for me. This win-back team is destroying rogers reputation. I really hope i can get some here. Putting the initial call details so someone can hear the call recordings.
