Every time I try to make a claim thought the premium device protection Likewize this comes up. Every computer and browser has the same result. I went to apple store to get my phone fixed and they said that because the protection is though rogers, rogers has to set it up...

I do understand that this error would be frustrating while trying to make a claim. Have you tried the alternative option of calling in your claim request?
Should rogers.com/servicerequest not work, you can call the claims number at: 1-855-877-3887
