With everything else going up and the promise by the government that Rogers monthly cell bills will not increase, it was a dirty move by Rogers to raise my bill right before the merger. 
With NO warning,my last months bill was increased.

If I increase my rates and charged clients without letting them know….they would surely leave.

This move is typical of a company who has a no competition and shows that they have no intention of following up on any promises made. All you have to do is look at he past history and the fact the almost everything they said to get the merger pushed through has been said before.

I absolutely understand that a sudden increase in your billing amount is cause for concern.

 

Have you been reviewing your bills every month? We began warning our customers about our yearly rate increase starting in October/November of last year.

 

There is also the possibility that you had discounts that expired. You would see warnings about this in your previous bills as well.
