Hello, I just want to bring to your management attention concerns of your agent(s) at Rogers - Mississauga Marketplace, 4553 Hurontario Streeat E1A, Mississauga, On L4Z 3M1.
My issues are that your agent seems to not be familiar of payment method. My first encounter I was asked to provide picture ID, in which I refused as I found it totally irrelevant. Second time today (28-07-2024), agent first noted that I cannot pay my bill at that location and only credit card payment is accepted, no interact payment. Only credit card payment accepted must be Visa and no other. I called your customer service representation and express my concern and to inquire when my contract ends as I refuse to go through this every month. The only justification I received was making my payment via internet. I noted that I choose to make my payment on my terms. However, I will be looking at other provider.

I am sorry you are experiencing frustration. Cell companies do not have to accept payment methods in their retail locations, but the fact that Rogers IS making it available, is a "convenience" to not just you but others. I am sure other people will be thrilled that they can make their payments there as a convenience. But the fact is, if you want to continue to make payments to your cellphone on your own terms and your own convenience of payment method, then by all means please go to your nearest Financial Institution or bank and pay with the method you desire. After all, you probably pay other services at the bank like your insurance, taxes, gas bill, etc, and not at the office headquarters or offices of those companies too, right?
